Return Policy

• You have to fill this Return Form to initiate the return process.
• Partial, used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
• You can return them within 10 days from your delivery arrival date.
• You are responsible for cost and arrangements, to ship back the items to our warehouse.
• You will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact/email you to give an acceptance to return the package. After we receive the returned items from you, your credit card will be credited with the purchased amount deducting 30% restocking fee.
